Question: How long will my personalized coasters printing take?
Answer: All personalized coasters orders created using our online coaster creator are printed within 5 business days of your order being placed. If you provide your own artwork, your order may take longer depending on our ability to work with your artwork.
Question: What about shipping my personalized coasters?
Answer: You can choose to ship your personalized coasters via UPS or USPS. We support shipment of all service levels, including next day, two and three day air or ground. Shipping costs are displayed before you checkout so there is no guesswork about costs. We will provide you with a tracking link to UPS once your order has shipped.

Custom Coasters Materials
Each custom coasters is printed with your custom design and is printed onto a ceramic tile or hardboard MDF tile. The custom coaster is printed using museum quality uv-inkjet printing, which is then heat transferred to the custom coasters. The transfer material, once heated to the lid, provides a photo quality image that is resistant to damage from light or moisture. We print the custom coasters by using heat to sublimate the museum quality design directly onto the hardboard or ceramic tile.
